Biltmore Exteriors is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee our portfolio of residential and commercial exterior projects. We need a leader who is as comfortable reading a blueprint as they are managing a crew. The ideal candidate has a "boots-on-the-ground" construction background paired with the organizational skills to keep multiple jobs on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Lead the execution of multiple exterior projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and up to our quality standards.
- Scheduling & Approvals: Review incoming jobs, verify project readiness, and approve them for the production schedule.
- Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, carpenters, and laborers. You are the glue between sales, suppliers, and the field crews.
- On-Site Leadership: Conduct site assessments to troubleshoot challenges and provide technical solutions that keep the job moving without sacrificing quality.
- Documentation: Maintain clear, meticulous records of budgets, timelines, and change orders. Provide transparent updates to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and architects, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Precision Installation: Measure, cut, and assemble exterior materials (wood, vinyl, composite) according to blueprints and project specs.
- Exterior Specialist: Install and repair siding, roofing, windows, doors, and decking while adhering to industry safety standards.

Independent Sales Representative
Biltmore Exteriors is a premier residential and commercial exterior company. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters for both new construction and remodeling projects. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial lead to final collection.
Compensation & Benefits
- Role Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Pay: Commission-based
- Estimated Earnings: $51,000 – $120,000+ per year
- Schedule: Flexible (includes evenings and weekends as needed)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Follow up on company-provided leads and proactively develop new business through various networking and outreach methods.
- Project Estimating: Conduct on-site inspections (including climbing roofs) to accurately estimate project scopes.
- Customer Relations: Present estimates, negotiate contracts, and maintain high-quality communication throughout the project.
- Insurance Coordination: Act as the liaison between customers and insurance companies to ensure claims are processed and followed through to completion.
- Account Management: Handle the collection of all funds due upon job completion and provide regular status updates to sales management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry (specifically roofing/siding) is preferred.
