Clinton was great to work with throughout our roofing job. Pricing was fair and we received great input on the extent of the roof sheeting repairs needed, beyond the roof replacement itself. The crew worked incredibly hard, finished the job in just over one day and the job turned out great.
Danny was a wonderful salesman. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to us as we older. He even contacted us to let us know when the workers would be there so it would not startle us.He stopped by the day of installation to check on us and the workers. Danny is a caring person and great at his job!
We researched several companies to have our house resided. Biltmore Exteriors had replaced our roof several years prior doing a fantastic job and my wife and I decided to hire them for our siding and gutters not just because of their past customer service and quality workmanship but because they were the most reasonable as well. Jeramie was awesome to deal with. I had several questions and each email was responded to very timely. He came out to the house several times and was helpful educating my wife and I on the product and plan of the project. The siding crew were amazing as well. 8am to 6pm each day. Awesome crew. Those guys obviously have worked together for some time. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day, which we greatly appreciated. My wife and I would leave out some snacks as a little extra 'Thank you' for their time and effort. I added before and after pictures. My wife and I are extremely happy the way our house looks and we've had several compliments from our surrounding neighbors. Don’t go with anyone else other than Biltmore. This company gets it right providing a top quality product and service.
Danny, our account manager, was fantastic. He was super quick to get out to our house to take a look at our roof and provided us with a price quote the next day. When it came time to complete the work, Mark, the roofing contractor was phenomenal! There was a lot of weather swings, but Mark communicated with me every day to provide us with updates. I cannot recommend this company enough for all your roofing and exterior needs!
Our roof had water coming in from rain. I called and received an appointment they were there and took care of the problem that day. No more rain coming in!!!!!

My representative, Danny Morris, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me design my home. The crew worked very hard and were extremely respectful. Found Biltmore through a neighbor. We liked the siding job they did for her. We LOVE the finished siding and gutters our home now has. What a team Bob, carlton, mark and "the guys" are. Carlton guided our decisions, bob was a hands on boss , and Mark is just a whiz at all the little things, adding his own wisdom (reversing a door for more ease of use). Stonework on the front of our house was also upgraded and replaced. Looks good! Highly recommend the team.

Biltmore, did an exceptional job, especially considering the issues they found after tearing off the roof. The previous job was done incorrectly and was the cause of my problems. They corrected all the issues, while keeping me informed and involved along the way. A quick and professional job, 5-stars.
Biltmore did an amazing job bringing our century home back to life! They made the process so easy from start to finish. While we had some delays due to the massive size of this project, we couldn’t have been more thrilled to work with Bob; Jeramie and the rest of the Team! Jose and his team along with Mark and Fred were outstanding and took their time to pay attention to the little details to make our home better than we ever imagined was possible! 100%would recommend and will use them again in the future.
Clinton and Biltmore exteriors gave us such an amazing experience. We had our house siding replaced with James Hardie fiber cement siding and we love it. No more ugly white vinyl siding, now we have a beautiful blue house with white trim and it’s the best house on the street. Biltmore did such an amazing job with the install and Clinton was with us every step of the way.

I became aware of Biltmore Exteriors as they did work for my mom's neighbor. Mom and I remarked how good the neighbor's home now looked, so I gave Biltmore a call. I needed a new roof, gutters and spouting for my home. Biltmore was responsive, quick, thorough and kept me well apprised during the entire process. They were professional, and were careful with my home during the work, and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. I had put off replacing my roof for several years as the process of selecting someone to do the work made me a bit nervous. I have several friends who have horror stories regarding roof replacements and I did not want to be commiserating with them... This was not the case. If I ever have other projects for the house which Biltmore Exteriors does, I will absolutely be calling them again. Very pleased with my new roof! This went better than expected!

The company's owner even called to ensure my satisfaction with the work completed. Although I hopefully won't need a new roof or repairs in the near future, I'd definitely recommend them to other homeowners.
