Biltmore Exteriors is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our dedicated team. As a Carpenter at Biltmore Exteriors, you will play a crucial role in the construction, installation, repair and maintenance of various exterior structures, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Perform precise measurements, cutting, shaping and assembly of exterior building materials. This includes wood, vinyl and other materials according to project specifications and blueprints.
Install and repair exterior components such as siding, roofing, windows, doors, decks and other structures, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure efficient workflow, timely completion of tasks and adherence to project deadlines and budget constraints.
Utilize a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment, maintaining them in optimal condition and adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the scope of work, identify potential challenges and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Provide expert guidance and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while upholding the company’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Proven experience as a successful Carpenter in the construction industry, with a strong focus on exterior projects and installations.
Comprehensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials and best practices with a keen eye for detail and precision.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements.
Ability to operate a diverse range of carpentry tools and equipment, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt the evolving project demands and effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Strong work ethic and a dedication to delivering superior craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Reliability - Must be on time for your scheduled work and arrive every day that you are meant to be on site.
Have the ability to communicate professionally with homeowners while on the job site and on the phone.
