Danny, our account manager, was fantastic. He was super quick to get out to our house to take a look at our roof and provided us with a price quote the next day. When it came time to complete the work, Mark, the roofing contractor was phenomenal! There was a lot of weather swings, but Mark communicated with me every day to provide us with updates. I worked with Danny Morris to get storm damage repairs done for my siding and window. He answered my questions about getting my insurance claim handled and was incredibly responsive as far as being right there when the adjuster said they could come. While I did wait awhile for the window to come in since it was an uncommon size, the quality of work that was done was excellent. The team at Biltmore left my house in better condition than when I first bought, just after it had been renovated. I would hire Biltmore again.
